Healthy Heart Better Health!!


The heart is a fist-sized muscle that pumps blood through the body 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year, without rest. Coronary arteries or blood vessels delivers a constant nourishing supply of blood to the heart muscle itself.

When something goes wrong with your heart, it could be related to blood flow, how your heart pumps, your heart rhythm, with the blood vessels, the valves, or a birth defect. This section will go over some of the common heart issues a person may face.

*Eat one extra fruit or vegetable a day
*Have a handful of nuts
*Eat type of a sea food once in a week
*Wash your hands often
*Take a 20-minute walk
*Exercise daily

This type of breathing enhances the vagus nerve, which reduces the "fight or flight" response that causes feelings of anxiety or tension. This gives a chance to manage your stress levels and allowing you to calm yourself down easily in just a few moments. Deep breathing is the best way to manage your stress and blood pressure.
